• Event Invitation - Utilize this form to request an invitation or mail out list for an event your hosting.
• Gift Report - To be used for analysis by Development staff only. Please have your Development Liason complete this form on your behalf.
• Solicitation Report - To be used for solicitation lists by Development staff only. Please have your Development Liason complete this form on your behalf.
• Custom Report - To be used when none of the request types above are applicable
• Record Update - Utilize this form to send updates to contact information for Alumni and Friends of the University.
• Create New Record - Use this form to have a new record created in Raiser’s Edge.
