Make a Gift Toward a Scholarship

Every year, UTEP distributes merit and need-based scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students across the campus, made possible by contributions from alumni, friends, corporations, foundations and civic organizations. Your gift, no matter the amount, will be pooled with other gifts and used to provide scholarships to talented students. By funding scholarships, you will provide students with the opportunity to concentrate on his/her studies without having to sacrifice academic excellence because of financial need. Leave a Lasting Legacy at UTEP

Start an Annual Scholarship

You can help a student cover the cost of one year’s tuition and fees by making a gift of $1,500 per year for four consecutive years. The scholarship can be named in your honor or in honor of a friend or loved one. The cost of tuition and fees at UTEP is approximately $6,300 per year.

Establish an Endowed Scholarship

With a gift of $25,000 or more, you can create an endowed scholarship at UTEP. Endowed scholarships can be designated to a particular college or department and can be named in your honor as the donor, or in honor of a friend or loved one. Endowments can be paid in installments over the course of five (5) years and offer an amazing opportunity for supporters to leave a lasting legacy at UTEP while providing support for current students. Endowed scholarships are recognized with a solid brass plaque on the Wall of Honor in the respective college which the funds support.
